Briana Boero

Briana Boero is the Director of Personnel for Rubicon, and assistant to the CCO, located in the Redding Branch Office. Briana works directly with the Chief Compliance Officer to facilitate areas of policies, procedures, and compliance so Advisors and Staff meet company standards/guidelines. She works strenuously to create and maintain up to date, comprehensive and streamlined processes in which all areas of company policy, procedure & compliance are utilized with efficiency and effectiveness. 

Briana performs a wide variety of HR support and onboarding duties as well. Her goal is to provide the best available resources and support needed for the success of individuals and the company as a whole. She also strives to create a positive work environment to allow staff to flourish and grow within their positions.

In her free time, she enjoys meditation, being outdoors, great food and music. She is family oriented and loves time spent with her husband and adorable Yorkie Eleanor.
